About Kushal Yuva Programme
Kushal Yuva Programme (KYP) is one of the 7 Nishchay (Resolves) announced by Honorable Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Nitish Kumar. This visionary program aims to empower Bihar's youth with essential skills for employability and entrepreneurship.
Under this scheme, youth aged 15-30 years receive FREE training in IT Skills, Communication Skills, and Soft Skills, along with a ₹1000 Self Help Allowance and access to student loans up to ₹4,00,000 at nominal interest rates.
